From 10th - 12th Octember 2012.
All the prices are quoted with VAT.
1. Exhibition Site:
The Republic of Uzbekistan, the city of Tashkent, «Uzexpocentre» exhibition complex, halls ##1.
2. Exhibition organiser:
«POLIGRAFIYA» company.
3. Official support:
- The State Committee for Printing and Publishing of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
4. Registration of Exhibitors:
The deadline for the signing of the Exhibition Participation Agreement is 1st september , 2012. See the Agreement form attached.
5. Exhibition space:
Exhibitors rent exhibition space for the period of 9 - 13 Octember (including stand construction, exhibition period and the period of dismantling).
The rent price for indoor exhibition space is 100 eur for 1 m2.
The exhibition space rent price includes:
general lighting costs; exhibition area security service costs; exhibition hall passages cleaning costs; garbage and construction debris removal costs in the period of construction and dismantling and duration of the exhibition.
6. Exhibition stand construction and services:
The price of 1 m2 exhibition stand construction is 80 eur.
Additional equipment charges are to be settled separately. Mounting of three side exhibitional stand, carpet cover, the name of the firm on the for stand (on the friezes, no more than 10 words), 1 outlet of 220V for stand, the lamps of illumination (1 lamp for 3 m2 of area, a basket for trash, table (one table for 6 m2), black office chairs (2 chairs for 6 m2 of area).
Services (stand cleaning, car passes, telephone, 3-phase current connection, e.t.c.) are rendered in accordance with «Uzexpocentre» rules and are paid for on site.
7. Lectures and seminars:
Applications for the rent of the lecture hall should be submitted not later than september 20, 2012. Hall rent costs are carried by the exhibitors as extra charges and constitute 400 euro per hour.
8. Exhibition catalogue:
The cost of 50 words-size publication in the catalogue is 150 eur.

9. Participation by default:
The price for distribution of documents and leaflets at the information booth of the exhibition organisers is 100 eur.
10. Transportation and forwarding:
Transportation and forwarding of exhibition goods including customs clearance is carried out by the company «DANZAS MESSEN GmbH»

11. The Republic of Uzbekistan entry visa:
To obtain Uzbekistan entry visa the Exhibitor is to submit to «POLIGRAFIYA AiK» a standard form exhibition personnel list before August 20, 2011. The above list should include the following data: full company name and address (postal code, country, city, street, house No, telephone, fax), family name and given names of the employee, his date of birth, nationality, sex, position with the company, passport No and copy, arrival and departure dates, the Consulate of the Republic of Uzbekistan in his country where he’ll apply for the visa (the place of getting visa). It costs 50 eur. of one visa.
12. Exhibition organiser:
Charges each company having submitted the participation application with the registration fee in the amount of 150 eur.
Including: placing information into catalogue (no more than 60 words), distribution of the catalogues 2-4 pieces, invitation cards for evening reception for the exhibition (2 pieces).
